What an initial consultation looks like:
The first appointment typically runs 40-50 minutes and I’ll ask you to complete a set of in-depth health forms beforehand. Having this information ahead of time helps us understand your history and priorities so we can make the most of our face-to-face visit. I also recommend bringing—or sending in advance—any past lab work, imaging, reports, medications, and/or supplements. This information provides the clarity needed to determine the underlying causes of your concerns and develop a thoughtful and effective plan for next steps.

Chiropractic Care
Our chiropractic adjustments help restore proper spinal alignment, improving mobility and reducing pain. We tailor our techniques to meet the specific needs of each patient, ensuring effective and gentle treatment for optimal recovery.
What I love to work with:
- Peadiatric Care
- Pregnancy Care
- Postural Concerns
- Musculoskeletal Complaints such as Neck, Back and Joint Pain
- Headaches and Migraines
- Wellness Care
What an initial consultation looks like:
The first appointment typically runs for an hour and I’ll ask you to complete a set of in-depth health forms beforehand. Having this information ahead of time helps us understand your history and priorities so we can make the most of our face-to-face visit. I also recommend bringing—or sending in advance—any past imaging and reports. We will run through a series of neurological and orthopaedic tests to assess for the source of the problem you are experiencing. An adjustment may be performed during your first visit if it is clinically appropriate.
