Lauren regards herself as honest, enthusiastic, and always seeking opportunities to enhance her knowledge in order to provide high-quality, world-class treatments and advice. This is her story.

​

Lauren has been in the beauty industry for over 21 years, with beauty being her true passion. For six years, she trained and worked in leading Hunter Valley beauty spas, where she was fortunate to learn from some of the best in the industry—and the results have shown. Her journey includes being a regional award-winning apprentice, representing BABOR Australia in Germany, managing a five-star spa, and being invited to attend international conferences in Germany, Singapore, Japan, and Russia.

Lauren believes she is a beauty therapist with a difference. She has treated people with disabilities, supported clients during sickness, and provided treatments focused on overall wellbeing. She is passionate about helping others and building strong, lasting relationships with her clients. Always striving for more, Lauren opened her dream business, H2O Spa, in November 2012, and in 2023 relocated the business to a gorgeous studio specialising in skin treatments and HIFU.
